MasterChef: The Professionals returns in 2023!

MasterChef: The Professionals is back for another year! Marcus is once again joined by Gregg Wallace and Monica Galetti on their search for the next MasterChef champion.

32 ambitious chefs will be cooking it out over seven intense weeks, first with the Skills Test and Signature heats and then each week's Quarter Final. Just like years gone by, in each Heat, four chefs will cook against one another for just two Quarter Final places.

In each Quarter Final, the successful chefs will take on an Invention Test to present a mouth-watering, MasterChef-level plate of food. All your favourite challenges will be returning: Knockout Week, themed trials, Chef's Table and of course, visits to some of the UK's best restaurants.

The first episode premieres Monday 23 October at 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
